Vesta Corporation is the parent company of a family of subsidiaries and affiliates.

This structure allows Vesta to maintain strong control of the various aspects of the development process and to provide for long term control of completed properties. Vesta has a staff of approximately 120, including on-site staff.

Vesta Equity Corporation serves as general partner or managing member of single asset entities that develop, own, and operate Vesta properties. Vesta Management Corporation manages the properties owned by the affiliates controlled by Vesta Equity.

Vesta Management also performs fee management for unrelated owners on a select basis.

Vesta Construction Corporation provides construction and repair services at Vesta properties.

Vesta Mortgage Corporation serves as mortgagee where needed in structuring bond or conduit financing.
